Proper screwdriver for 3/8 slotted steel pipe plug? Wis.

What is the proper screw driver for the 3/8 slotted steel pipe plugs used on the Wisconsin AA, AB, ABS, ABN, AK, AKS, AKN and similar engines?

The narrow ones that fit the slot are to narrow to actually turn the fastener, and the ones I have purchased (like the Stanley Proto J5409A or PITTSBURGH 67881) are to thick to fit the slot... I've seen some references and pointers to gunsmith turnscrews, but I can't imagine that is the answer for a standard plumbing plug?

They make special screwdrivers called drag link. Otherwise grind down a thick one. Regular pipe plugs are either
square, hex or hex for an Allen wrench.
