Walboro Carburetor

Hi. I am restoring a old Mott push type 21 cut flail mower with a Clinton engine and have a problem with the carburetor body. After cleaning it and as I was reassembling it the threads stripped out of the body where the main nozzle goes, They were very thin and when I tightened it they pulled out before they tightened. Tried building up with J B weld but that did not hold either. Does anybody have a good rebuildable Walboro LMV, LME or LMG carburetor they would sell. I could get by with just the main body and use my inside parts if necessary.
Posted on the stationary engine board also but seems there is very little traffic there.

Letters and numbers on the carburetor are: LMG and on a raised boss above this are these numbers: 115.
Thanks for
looking. Gene Davis

I'm guessing you already looked on Ebay. If you have, keep checking back.

Also, put this out on as many forums as you can. Although Clinton engines aren't all that common around here, Surely there is more than one.

Also, It has helped me in the past to be looking for a particular part number, sometimes somebody has what I need but all they know is the part number on it. I'm betting someone has Clinton parts books or microfiche or something and would be happy to look that part number up for you. (The last time it was an air cleaner for a MM tractor. Somebody had it listed only as the part number.)

In your case I would probably be looking for both a complete carburetor (part number) as well as the body (part number). There is probably a Walbro part number for those parts too.

Good Luck!
