White/lite blue smoke. Tractor was rolled last fall, and has set all winter, in hopes that any oil that got into the upper engine would drain back
into crank case. This spring, did all normal oil and air filter change, etc. tractor starts normal, but just smokes, and I cannot figure out what I
need to do to resolve. Thinking oil got into the muffler and it's just burning off? Don't know for sure and world appreciate any suggestions.

If it's running and doing it's job, why not use it and WORK it and see if it gets better once the residual oil from the upset gets burned off.

PLENTY of time to $$$ OH or replace the engine after that time period.

Thanks for the advice. Ran it and worked it for about 2hrs. Other than the neighbors thinking I was spraying for mosketos the Smoking cleared up. Only hitch is that I have to leave the choke out about 1/3 to 1/2 for the engine to run smooth. Thinking something got into the carb and probably needs some real cleaning?

Yes. A carburetor clean is in order. And running with the choke on or closed will probably make it a smoke a bit too.

What engine? If thats the 18hp K361 a clogged breather might cause excessive oil to the rocker arms and valves... that might create a smoker.
