Anyone got a good line on a low price replacement generic seat? $50 seems awful high for what you get, $90 is even worse!

I just bought one from surplus center in nebraska..50 bucks but it had different threaded holes on seat so hopefully
four will work...NOT I had to make new holes in the mount for two front ones..

Im replacing a seat on a 7O's sears tractor though..They had one for 19 dollars but only had one set of holes so...

I see Farm/Fleet has their seats on sale, didn't pay much attention to what they cost though. I bought this one three years ago for about forty bucks.

I just paid $135 (shipping and all) for a high back seat for a 15 year old Husqvarna lawn tractor from Northern Tool.

I like it alot. Much better than the factory seat.

Give you a little tip.. If the seat is screwed to the pan. Remove it before you install the pan. The inserts for the bolts can be easily push out of the pan making it rough if you get a bolt half in and the insert gets pushed out of place.

I just found at fleet supply for 19.95 but shipping brings up to 43.87. tractor supply & sellers on ebay sell seat covers. anyone tried one of those?
