I loosened and raised the rear fender assembly along with removing a plastic cover by the brake pedal. I pinched the fuel line initially which prevented fuel flow naturally. I took care of that and now the tractor has the power that it should have. There was one plastic clamp I could not get reinstalled but the area seems to be away from moving parts so it should be alright. I'm glad that took care of the power issue as I don't have the money at present for an overhaul of the engine.
