Briggs Intek parts belp

I have a Briggs Intek on a Troy Bilt tiller
and need the cover for the air cleaner but
the model number doesn't come up on any
parts site that I have found. Tag reads
7BSXS.2051HC 277320. Wondering if one of
you guys could get me a part number for the
cover and filter. My local dealer said is
wasn't a good number but I showed him a pic
of the tag and now he is clueless.

my guess is it was made special for Troybilt. may have to find a Troybilt dealer.

I had the same problem with a Briggs. Had to call them for help.

Thanks for that but I am pretty sure that the engine is a replacement going on the condition of the tiller vs the engine.

have you looked on the valve cover usually all numbers you need are there, hard to read yes but there, sometimes on bottom side depend on who put it together.

No I did not look there, I just gave the numbers on the tag on the shrouding. Thanks I will check that out.

Look on the Briggs and Stratton sight. It has illustrations of where to look for all of the numbers. Next.....if you are ready, call Briggs while you are sitting right next to the machine. They are very helpful. Have your credit card in hand.
