In order to put a relay in, the dash must come off, thus the steering wheel must be removed. I can't for the life of me, get the steering wheel off. I've soaked it in oil, hammered on it etc. Is there a
metal liner between the plastic of the wheel and the steering shaft? If not, I'm going to cut a chunk of the plastic out but preserve enough of the plastic to keep the wheel usable. Any suggestions?
