Onan Engine

I have a 20 HP Onan engine off my sawmill. I had a rod break and due to the workload at the time I replaced the engine. I fixed this engine with new parts but it does not fire. I was going to fix and use it on another project but I run across a new engine for a cheap price. The Onan sits here now Should I try and sell it as it is or part it out. I also have some sheet metal for an Onan I don't know whats all there but I do know there is a screen for the flywheel there. Is there a market for any of it

It is a PG 20 and it does not have points. The serial number tag is so faded that I cannot tell what it is but it was on a 1987 WoodMizer sawmill and was the engine from the factory

Look on top for six numbers stamped into the block. That is the serial number. With them I can find out what you have.

my records show that a P 220 spec# 10509 was used on your wood-mizer.
it states a 45BB crank, 1 1/8" X 2.74 useable length.

thank you. boomer ( the used onan engine parts guy, also NOS and new )
