What are you going to do with all of those beens? Hire a picking crew?
Sure hope you have lots of freezer space. Wow that is going to be a
lot o beens.

no freezer, we can. got 2 pressure cookers and lots of qts. mason jars. My pea patch looks about the same. one thing for sure, we will be canning our back side off this year. tators, beans, mators, corn, and peas mostly. got 1 row of okra so i can make some pickled okra.

our home canned veggies came in handy last December and January when i was off 6 weeks on FMLA leave (no pay check) while the misses was in the hospt.

Ya I can too but freezing after you blanch
is so much easier. What I do is after a
blanch and pack the zip lock bag. You want
to fill 5he bag with cold water and zip it
almost shut. You want to carefull burb out
all air bubbles and most of the water.
Finish zip. This leaves the the beans in a
solid water environment. NO freezer burn!
Works great. Trouble with me canning. I do
competition canning for a couple of fairs.
Next problem is it just me and my cats. I
can a lot of plumb tomatoes but not a heck
of a lot of anything else but for entries.
It is fun...to a point.
