Cant get this tractor to prime, after cleaning out all the biological growth out of the fuel tank. Any ideas? I'm about to start one section at a time, wondering if the lines are also plugged with sludge....
I did pressurize the fuel tank, got fuel on the outlet of the fuel pump, and the pump appears to pump correctly, but nothing going into the fuel filter.

Sorry for the upside down photos. Posting from my phone.

I am thinking you either take out or loosen the 10mm bolt to the side of the shutoff lever and that is the bleed on the fuel filter. There will probably also be another bleed at the injection pump. I am assuming that Yanmar is a lot like a Kubota, so take that for what its worth.

Also, On the small Kubotas, I usually have to crack the fuel lines at the injectors and crank it over until I get fuel there too, before it will start. Kubota only wants you to crank their starter for 20 seconds at a time, with I think a 2 minute cooling period between. I usually put a booster on the battery to help it stay up, too.

Thanks for the help gentlemen. turns out one hose was plugged solid, once i got that cleared out, and once i replaced the battery took all of 10 minutes to bleed it and put it to work. redid the entire driveway without missing a beat.
