I just got what I was told is a 1962 dynamark 10 h.p. Tecumseh .CAn anyone shed any light on this unit?

In the early '70s the Dynamark label was owned by AMF later to be associated with Noma/Canadiana which I think ended up being part of Electrolux Motors (Husquvarna, Poulan, Jonsered, etc.

1955-1962 is way too old. Could you post a picture of this tractor as well as the frame s/n and engine id tags?

According to serial # it was made in 1955

Yes that's too old for Dynamark. We had an 8hp/36" bought at a Walmart-like store about 1974.

I have never seen one that old. The Dynamarks sold around here in the 70s-80s were very low quality price shopper type units sold at department stores.
