Toro 520 LXI value?

I am assisting a widow with downsizing and she has a Toro 520 LXI she needs to part with. The tractor has been pampered, cleaned, kept inside and under a blanket. Has a little over 300 hours, 60" deck, no other attachments. Operates as new and looks close to new. What should she be asking for it? Thanks for any help.
