Ok, I will start here. Bought that little wheel horse trailer at the fkea market last weekend. It is missing one of the little grease caps that go on the hub of the wheel. Does anyplace have wheel horse parts or am I whistling in the wind? Thanks

You should be able to get parts from a Toro dealer, Toro bought Wheel Horse.

What you are looking for is called hub dust cap.

You can find them at alot of hardware stores, auto parts places and boat dealers etc. Most metal ones for for small railers are about 2" dia (1.98").

New ones normally sale for around $5.00 each.

I think Claude's point is that you don't have to limit yourself to a Wheelhorse dealer; it should be a common part.
