Got the gas tank Red Koted and new gas hoses, maybe next weekend see iffin it runs. I thought the 8199 had Kohlers, but this has the Onan.

Oh boy you are rolling along on her. Looking that you have the steering half apart, did you check it out really well. On that big bad Husqvarna of mine I removed the steel bushings in the wheels and put true ball bearings in them. On the spindles where they go up through the axle I put thrust bearings. Thing steers like power steering on back top. Give it a thought! I also cross drilled the bolt that holds on the axle where it pivots. Giver her a shot of grease twice a season and now it will never wear out. Originaly it had a nylon bushing and now it has a Bronze bushing! Sweet! Have fun with your toy.
