ok so 1st of all thanks steve for your reply..that was my thinking also so yesterday morning i started testing wires and there are 3 plugs that go into the back of the pod...one is for the power to the pod itself..one is for the functions of glow plugs and fuel shutoff solenoid and the 3rd one is for the function lights...ie...mower deck on... engine running so on...with just the pod power plug and the function plug(so i could see when it would time out)..when it did time out i still had power from the switch to the plug....there are 2 power wires one ground and 2 wires that run to the light switch on this particular plug...so thinking that there might be a wire that was getting hot and breaking current i made a specific wire harness to power just the 2 power pins and ground and it still times out...so there has to be something that needs to be triggered intermittently or otherwise to tell the pod that the engine is running so it doesnt shut off is my only thinking...this does the same thing with the old pod..which i used as the test mule so i didnt short out the new one..and the new pod,,so any help or ideas from here would be great..its a very frustrating problem..thanks guys
