Wheelhorse B-100

I just bought a B-100 Wheelhorse serial # 8014607. Has the 37 in. deck and the Snow plow. It appears , to be in original condition due to all the decals, and logo on the seat. I can't seem to find any specs other than oil capacity. What grade is recommended, What wt. and quantity of diff. oil. Any other info would be appreciated. As I have a plow on another Tractor I would consider selling this one. Still has the serial # tag and decals with the original mtg. latch type bracket. Don't know what they sell for-------Thanks

I used to have a B100, 1975 or 6 I think. Think they made 2 B100s, one was a 10 horse garden tractor with a Kohler eng., the other was a lawn tractor with a Briggs I think. Mine had the 10 hsp. Kohler.

My 1966 models 856 and 857 w/8hp Kohlers calls for 30w detergent oil.
The winters around my way doesn't get as cold or last as long as the northern climes so 30w wokrs fine year round. If I lived in a colder climate and ran it alot during the winter I'd run 10w30 to make it easier to start.
Your transaxel runs 80w90 gear lube. Din or syn is fine.

You never offered the most important information. i have a b100 automatic and it uses hydraulic drive, is yours manual trans? either way they have all manuals listed for free download of the wheel horse web page. i beleive its called, http://www.wheelhorseforum.com/
