Cub RZT S transmission fan

I know this isn't a garden tractor, but I have a problem with my Cub Cadet (MTD) RZT S Hydro-Gear transmission. The right fan has apparently moved and is hitting the belt retainer bolt next to the pulley. The belt is still aligned with the pulley and there is indication anything is bent. Is it possible the fan hub is worn? Any other suggestions? The mower has 175 hrs.

sounds like fan nut or bolts worked loose depend on tranny model number

I haven't pulled the hydro out, yet. The fan blades have all broken off, I run it for 1/2 hour then let it cool down. I believe it's been misaligned since new (15 months) because it's noticeably quitter than ever.
