Cub Cadet Model 2160 value?

My 89 year old sister is moving out of the family homestead and must sell her lawn mower.
It has 926 hours, always well maintain, and is very clean. Any guidance I could give her?

Built in 1994 to 1997. Two wheel drive garden tractor with 46 inch deck, 16 HP B & S engine and a foot operated shuttle shift that works with a 6 speed manual transmission. The good news is that it has a Vanguard Series engine and with less than 1000 hours on the clock, it should be OK for another 1000 plus hours providing it was serviced properly. The bad news is that there is a lot of completion out there. The list price on that tractor was $3199.00 back in the day. You can put a tiller or a utility blade on the front. If it had a hydro drive, I think it would be much easier to sell. If it is super clean with not a thing wrong with it, I would ask $950.00 for it and see what happens. You can always come down in price but you have to start somewhere.
