I have a Craftsman Ride N Mulch II 502.251220. I'm having issues that when engaging the blades the motor dies. I did a little experiment with the limiting switch when you move the lever to engage the blades, the button on the limiting switch moves out and the engine dies. I started the lawn tractor up again but this time when I moved the lever to engage the blades I blocked the limiting switch button from moving out and this time the blades engaged. Logic dictates that the issue is the plastic piece around the lever that allows the limiting switch button to move out when you move the lever to engage the blades needs to be adjusted so when the lever is moved to engage the blades the button is in, not out. My question is, is that is how it is supposed to be? When the blades are engaged is the limiting switch button supposed to be in or out?
