cub cadet 7254 mower problems

i have a cub cadet 7254 compact tractor with a mower deck. whenever i get on a sidehill the drive to the mower deck shear pin shears off.
sometimes even backing up it will throw the driveshaft off the mower deck. is anyone else having this problem. something must not be hooked
up correctly?? does anyone have a diagram on how this mower deck attaches to the tractor??? please help
