I have a Honda tractor HT 3813, the motor revs drastically after 10 mins of operation or idling. Does anyone know what the problem might be? Thanks.

Do you mean the RPM goes up and stays up or revs up and down?

If it revs up and down, the fuel system is restricting the flow somewhere, probably in the carburetor. The governor is trying to compensate for the lack of fuel.

If it revs up and stays up, the governor is either out of adjustment or has worn/broken internal parts.

I did see one engine a while back that had the throttle flap loose on the throttle shaft in the carburetor and because of this the governor could not control the fuel mix to the engine.
