I took the carb apart today, it had a lot of crap in it, but no jets appeared to be plugged. Perhaps when I replace the fuel line, I'll find the reason it doesn't want to run.
 
You must have amazing vision, Dave. It does not take very large dirt particles to plug up passages that just thousands of an inch in size. The only way to clean a carb is to "cook" it in true carb cleaner for a few days and then wash it clean with clear paint thinners (Stoddard Solvent) and then very fine copper wires to "rod out" each passage followed by ample amounts of compressed air.
