I've searched around & by the model number it appears this is a grey market tractor. how does grey market translate as far as parts & support? if you need parts are you S.O.L?

Parts are available from several sources. New aftermarket and used. These guys are one sourece: http://www.hoyetractor.com/

Yanmar won't support them directly, but if you have a part number they may sell to you IF they don't discover it's for a gray.

In general the grey market tractors are not supported by the US distributers since they lack a number of safety features that are required.

However, for YANMAR, there is a place in Alabama that has been working with YANMAR, and they refurbish and bring the grey market tractors up to US specs.
