I have to run engine with the choke about 85% closed to get any power. The carb has a float bowl with an adjustment screw at the bottom of the bowl. But when I have the screw at any point except closed, the fuel starts dribbling out a small hole at the bottom of the carb, right under the screw. Any answers? Thanks
