mounted plow on tractor today

Just wish I had something to plow. Maybe someone will come up with a garden tractor plow day close by. The tractor is a Jim Dandy by Economy. The plow is from an auction and I just built the coulter for it. There are to LEAD weights on each rear wheel each about 2" thick.
We tried this setup about 2 years ago and it did a good job.

Nice Jim Dandy! I have a plow like that I put on a Cub Cadet last year and my brother wanted me to plow hos garden. I did, but I could not get the plow to bite in more than a few inches, 3" tops. I know about the adjustment on top, had it so it should have dug right in deep and all it wanted to do is ride on the point. Haven't tried to figure it out yet, I have been busy on other things.

You need your plow point tilted and have plow so it floats. This plow came on a walk behind tractor. I had to make a frame very similar to the tractor handles. I had a bracket made to fit over the sleeve hitch. Hal
