CASE Front Axle Mount Pin

Sorry ..... no. There are almost no parts that interchange between the 600 Series and the 200/400 Series. The 600's are more robustly built, including every part of the steering system.

I am not familiar with your tractor, however I just finished working on the front axle pin on a Cub Cadet 100, a 1965 model I think. It had no grease fitting and the pin was rusted. Had worn out the mounting holes in the frame. Had to make bolt on bushings with a flange to fix that. Anyway I drilled the pin with about a 1/8" hole to about the mid point, turned a shallow neck about 1/2" long in the middle of the pin, and drilled a hole connecting the center hole with the neck, added a grease fitting to the end. Could you do something like that?

Hey Dave, here is how I did my Husqvarna tractor. The original bushing is a P:ASTIC piece. Oh sure! The axle was twisted and wouldn't steer correctly. Got a Bronze bushing and made my own cross drilled front bolt. You need a good drill press and the little drilling vice to hold everything. Drill very slowly and use plenty of cutting oil. Also take your time. When everything is installed the holes line up perfectly and two shots of grease spring and mid season. Steers like a velvet dream now! Hope the pictures help.
