Peerless is made by tecumseh. your best bet is to look for a tecumseh dealer. I recently ordered needle bearings and seals for my outer housings on my peerless 639. Good luck.

:Check with your local lawn and garden dealer. Most dealers have tecumseh engines in a portion of equipment. Most tecumseh parts dealers have a parts breakdown for peerless transmissions. You will need numbers off your transmission so you can look up the right parts.

I have an antique grandfather clock, manufactured by "Peerless", that I purchased 40 years ago in Berlin, Germany. I am trying to find out if the Peerless Clock Company still exists and, if so, where the company is located. Thanks.

I have a Peerless table clock. The rear of the movement plate is marked PEERLESS within an enscribed logo which looks like stylistic letters, and has the numbers 82546 and 14.It is a repeater with one gong for the quarter hours and another for the hours. It has a German silvered face, appears to be from the 20's to the 50's, and came from Europe. Does any one have any information on this?

Peerless is a division of Tecumseh, the engine manufacturer. Most lawn tractor places can getparts. There is a place in Detroit that stocks a lot of peerless parts.
