Just saw new Cub Cadets at the dealers, and they have finally installed an actual oil drain hose that leads over to where you can get at it. And not drain oil all over the frame. I am not recommending these, I dunno if they work well, but nothing was a larger PITA than that old drain fitting. Maybe this will fix it.
