I have a brinly plow. I made an adapter to hook the plow to the three point hitch. I like the adapter for pulling my barrel train, which is a regular barrel train with farm implements on each barrel. The combine is a self propelled (likeness) so it is one unit.

As a new guy posting, I probably messed up. I really thought this was a forum on garden tractors and for people to discuss their projects. If I've invaded a private club ,I opolgize.

Welcome to the forum, weaser. Yes. we do discuss garden tractors here including projects. We all have to start out somewhere when we first join. May I suggest that posting photos with your thread would have got a different response from me. Essentially, you described making a common Sleeve Hitch Adapter for your 3 pt hitch. I would have enjoyed seeing pictures of how you went about that project because your initial words did not explain anything about that project. I also would like to see your Barrel Train because your interpretation of this might bring something new to the table. And NO... this is not a private club nor is it a clique. So let's put the past in the past and begin anew with some photos for us to ponder and comment on.

Thanks Tom, I really thought I messed up big time, but I think I know what I done and I could use a little guidance in posting. I think I put the topic in my reply which may have sent in a new topic. I'm really not sure, but would that create a new topic instead adding to the original? I've read a lot on this forum and you have always provided great responses and if I mess up again, please let me know. I did post a picture of my barrel train in the White gt 1650 topic further down the page. I really didn't know how to post a picture and as you can see with my tractor, it posted the picture twice. I am struggling with the site, but I will get there with some guidance. All help is welcome and thanks again

I am not a posting wizard so I am not the person to help you out. I am sure that others may be able to offer advice but there are always the Moderators that should have the answers you seek.
Good luck.

Hi weaser, don't worry about you are not the first nor will you be the last to end up with a new thread when post on this forum, I've done the same thing a couple of times myself. I like this forum and there is much good that is disseminated the forum is a bit quirky and it take time / experience to learn it. I enjoyed and found your post inforative so stay with us.

Thanks, I just don't want to disrupt a good thing and it was my mistake of creating a dangling post. I totally understand why everyone wondered what it was all about , but believe me, I just did something that sent it as a new post instead of an add on. I'm not sure what I did, but hope I get better as time goes on. I do like this forum as there are a lot of people that really know what they are talking about and when you're stuck, it seems like the answer is here. Thanks again for your understanding.
