wheel horse c-175 wiring

I have a 18 hp kohler command engine on my c-175 wheel horse I'm looking for the a wiring diagram for this tractor looked on the toro site but it only shows wiring for
engines with points and condensor. my engine is electronic egnition. Number on the dash is o-17keo1 21418 1092 . Thanks for any help

Your tractor was originally fitted with a Kohler KT17 engine. Those are 2 cylinder opposed engines with coil ignition controlled by points. Someone has removed that engine and installed the V-Twin Command engine with electronic ignition. Therefore, the original wiring diagram isn't going to be of much help, thanks to the difference in ignition types. Most likely, your Command engine has individual magneto coils for the cylinders and those must be grounded out by a special ignition switch with a grounding feature. I suggest that you find someone local who can help you sort out the wiring. He must be familiar with both types of ignition. Thanks Tom , that answers my question . That 18 hp is a really better motor anyway . as far as the wiring i think i figured it out. Thanks Scott
