123 Cub Cadet hood support

I've picked up two of these , and neither one has a support. I see there's the remains of a bracket was spot welded to the hood , but no clue on the rest of it . Has anyone got a picture of the support ? ?

I will not be much help, but on my GT 2550 replacement hood I rigged up a 1/4" steel rod, when I raise the hood I unfasten the rod and let it down, and it fits into a hole, and holds the hood up. Works great.

Are you talking about the brace between the sides of the hood or the piece on the front of the console that supports the rear of the hood when its closed?

My dad removed the one on my 123 so he could install a small car battery.
