Steve, Right now I am looking at all options, certainly if I can find a good running used engine that will work, and the price is right, that would be easiest. This tractor is in great shape, other than the engine is currently not. It is perfect for mowing the lawn at the cabin. If I can fix it without cutting the sheet metal at all that would be great. I will know much more tomorrow, with any luck at all it's just the head gasket, it was smoking lots prior and was very hard to get started this last time. I have never attempted to fix a small engine like this before so it could get interesting.
