Vacuum line on 22 Horse Kohler

I have a Dixie Chopper with a 22 horse Kohler engine. I noticed yesterday that the vacuum line from the block to the fuel pump was off. upon further investigation the aluminum tube, that the rubber hose clamps on, that fit's in the block had come out of the block. I pushed it back in and mowed for awhile. when I put the mower up I noticed it was out again and a little oil had been spraying out of the hole. The hole where this tube fits in the block is just above and to the left of the oil filter. Does anyone have an idea how I keep the tube in the block? Also if the fuel pump runs on vacuum the engine continued to run.

Clean the hole and tube, really clean, then clean it again. Now coat both with a very light coat of Red Loctite. Reinstall and let it cure.
