I bought an old tractor at an auction sale that I want to restore but Im not sure what decals to get for it. It has a 1975 Briggs engine dont know Hp. and a Homelite sticker with an I.D. #1690050 I went to my local Simplicity dealer and the number doesnt exist. There was a 1690049 wich was the Homelite T-16 and 1690052 wich was the Homelite T-10. I know Simplicity was owned by Allis Chalmers and they built the Homelite tractors with subtle differences but without a model number I dont exactly know what it is. It has been redone poorly, someone painted it blue but they missed some spots and it was definitly orange originally does anyone know what this thing is for sure?

According to www.simpletractors,your 1690050 was a Homelite T13,matching Simp except for paint/ decals was Simplicity 7013S.Does not appear there was a corresponding Allis for this model.Would have been a 1975 model.Probably 13hp Briggs w/shuttle shift tranny.

My 1974 Homelite T16S is a 16 horse briggs and the shuttle shift transmission I bought it new and it has always been white and blue I also have a T16 with the hydrostatic transmission painted identical the orange was on the allis chalmers I would think
