Power King with transmission question

Gentlemen, I could sure use some help. I found a decent PK with a front hyd bucket. I am not sure what year it is. But it isn't a stick shift, it is auto/hydrasttic drive. Can anyone tell me about this kind of trans? Does it standup well? What kind of maintance would I need to do when I get it?
Thanks to anyone that can help.

Send picture and serial #, I will tell you what year it is.
I have one of the plastic hooded models 1620, it has hydro and a hydraulic bucket on front and works well.
They are a small tractor and won't do what a bigger on will do.
It should do fine if you don't abuse it.

Hi backwater here, welcome to the group, if the Power King has a hydrostatic trans its has to be a newer model the ones often referred to as Plastic model, the Hydro is the best trans you can get in that version of the power Kings as for maintenance just follow the owners manual, engine oil and filter changes as any type of tractor, the hydro you'll need to check the manual. I don't have a Plastic model mine is an all metal one but they are great tractors well built for the duration. You may want to check in with the Yahoo Power King group they are very active with lots and lots of information and manuals available.
