318 Hi-Lo Diff Lock conversion

We are looking to add Hi/Lo range to our 318 and possibly diff lock as well. I have tried searching the web for a how-to and came up empty. I'm sure it's been posted before, I can't find one though. What parts are needed to add the options to the stock transmission? Where can I find the parts? I have tried looking for a 420 transmission and haven't had much luck with that either.

I have never seen but one 420, I don't know what the production numbers are. The best I remember, it was somewhat larger than a 318, so I don't think a hi/lo conversion will be a drop-in.

420 or 430, not a simple job but it has been done. Look around here.
