The original subject was "sears handiman RT tractor".

My Wife's Grandfather passed in 1999 but they are just getting the Estate settled and sold
He had a 1937 Sears handiman garden tractor and tools c37,z37, or b37
Tractor type 60754 Model K 60552
is what is on the manual. The last time I had seen Grandpa use it was about 96 so not sure if any has used it
after thet.

we are trying to get it started when we have time.
we are also looking at what the price would be it has most or all the attachments as far as I can tell

Thank you for the response, the Tractor is in Michigan and My Uncle is trying to get 1200 out of it

Remember, just cause something is old, doesn't make it valuable.

A friend that works in a small engine repair shop told me this tip to help get a balky engine started. His suggestion was to spray a little carburetor cleaner to the air intake. It's not as volatile as starting fluid but helps. I had one that didn't want to start and using that it fired and I could keep running pretty quick. What my dad used to do is use a long belt with a half twist and use another engine to spin it if it was really hard starting.
 
I do that belt starting on my Toro mower. I use my Wards garden tractor to start the Toro. You can do that farm
