Does anyone know minimum ring end gap for a 8hp briggs with aluminum cylinder. I had it bored .010 and wanted to make sure ring end gap and piston clearance isn't too tight. I have about .012 on the top rings for end gap. Piston to bore clearance is about .006. Do this sound correct? Model # is 190402. Thanks for your help.

My B&S service manual does not give a MINIMUM gap, but says rejection clearance is .035 for compression rings and .045 for oil ring. So it would seem that you are good to go.
