Trying to wire a GX630 Honda using one ignition swithch. The last one I did used to 2 switches. One on/off switch to used to ground the mag and another used for start, alternator. My problem is I want to wire the oil presssure gauge in(as a low pressure cut out) and use one ignition switch. Would like to bypass the gas shutoff solenoid. Would anyone have an idea how I could do this?

It will probably backfire if you bypass the fuel solenoid.

It sounds like you need a switch that has both a Magneto ground in off and multiple hot in start and run positions, as well as a hot in start position.

I am guessing you mean 'oil pressure sender' and not 'oil pressure gauge'. The gauge just indicates whatever the sender is telling it.
