Type of ATF for John Deere 318

Need to know what type of Auto Trans Fluid for the John Deere 318. Put
new filter on and lost more fluid than I expected. I want to put in the
right kind.

Could I get away with using Type F fluid?

That's what I've always run in my antique heard. (120, 140, two 318's a 322, and a 400.)
