Cub Cadet model 86 lift linkage

I am putting a moldboard plow on the back of my 86. I have all the linkage except the "lift bar",
the piece of linkage going from the manual lift lever to the upper three point linkage lift arm.
This is a piece of steel running inside the frame beside the transmission. I have one for an older
narrow frame tractor, but they seem to be different. The older one is straight, it looks like the
one for the 86 should have a bend to go up and over a transmission mount and it needs to be longer
I think. The one I have is straight and 24 1/4" center of hole to center of hole. Can anyone tell
me how long the bent one is? I can figure out where and how much to bend and make one but I think
the length would be somewhat critical. Thanks, Tom

If no response here, go to IHCubCadet.com and post there.
I put one on a 1450 once and I think it did have a bend in it. I do not know how long it was.
If you are wanting to buy one, you can also check Ebay.

Yes, it is curved. Goto: partstree.com, select garden tractors and then select 86.

I see them quite often on Ebay.

Good luck.
