Starter Generator for Amigo

Looking for a starter generator for my Amigo 1400 restoration project.
I need a Delco starter generator that rotates ccw pulley end.
The one that came with it is an cw rotation and cannot be easily changed without a complete rewind, so I think the easy way is to find the correct rotation. would appriciate any help, located in Michigan.

My understanding is that the start/gens used on the early Cub
Cadets have the rotation you are looking for.

You can probably use a s/g from a cub cadet tractor,most/all s/g used on CC105-169 were ccw rotation.Goto ebay and search ih cub cadet starter generator.

Part# for orig starter is probably delco 1101691

As you were told before, a CCW starter-generator for an older Cub Cadet will do what you want, and there's all sorts of 'em on flea-bay, starting @ $49.99 (with free shipping), with NEW ones for $108.00 and up!

Search for "Cub Cadet Starter Generator".

A Cub Cadet starter/generator CCW rotation will work just fine. eBay is your best and cheapest source.

Look in ebay. The units that are rated for 20amps charging have more starting power than the smaller 15 amp units.
