Simplicity model W-7 HP

I have a Simplicity that seem to be the same as the Ward 7HP Power-Trac-Special. This seems to be made in the sixties but when exactly? I have literature on both machines but how do I tell what its as the pictures are the same! Was it made by Simlicity for Montgomery Wards? I am also going to sell it but don't know the best place or a fair market value? I do not want to misrepresent the machine so any help would be appreciated!

I think first year was 1959-thru late 60's. If it has Briggs engine,then its easy to get year of engine . Which should be close to year of manufacture of tractor, yes simplicity made tractors for Wards, as far as value,it depends on how many and type of attachments you have. It was
A 4 season tractor. And I use mine in the garden
