tires/wheels for push mower

I have a KEE brand push mower with 20inch bicycle style wheels with solid tires.............it's about 50 y/o and they have gotten ragged. Anyone know of a source for 7.3x20 solid tires?

Google is your friend, I punched "20" semi pneumatic tire" and there lots of sources for just tires, or tires on wire spoke rims, or tires on plastic spoke rims. Link is to just one of many on Ebay
