In my junk harvesting a customer told me he had 2 different style 4 wheel Gravely's. one had the engine in the front with hydrostatic transmission and a rear 3 pt hitch. machine @ is rear engine with a front 3 pt hitch.Any idea what these are? He wants me to take a 250 mile roadtrip to see them and i'm skeptical. Any help here?
 

I don't know of any Gravely with a 3 pt. Not the older riders anyways. Maybe some type of newer commercial zero turn type thing?
 
A "Liftable" rear hitch was available as an option on the 4 wheelers. Also front implements are raised by a "3 point" system, 2 pivot points and a bar underneath that raises it....

The only Gravelys with a front engine and optional Cat 1 3 point hitch from the factory were the GMT900 and GMT9000. These had gear transmissions, not hydrostatic. They did have hydraulics. These are not common models (i.e. parts hard to find) and very large, like a CUT, compared to all other Gravely riders.
The second rear engine tractor is the standard configuration and can be one of several series covering 35 different models - 400, 800, 8000, or G series. All except the smallest model could mount a front attachment kit. Some had an optional rear liftable sleeve hitch (some manual some hydraulic) and some had hydraulic lifts for front and mid-mount attachments and the rear hitch. Only the smallest, Model 408 was front engine.
