Economy brake drum help

Hey all I can't for the life of me get these drums off have a bad seal so need them off. Tried pulley pullers, bar pullers, homemade pullers, heat, oil everything and went until I broke out a bolt hole and am upset and looking for any help possible, thanks!

I'm not familiar with drum assembly or ever removed same,however from looking at pics you posted it appears drum setup is a 2 pc design same/similar to taperlock/split bushing design used for belt pulleys/chain gears in industral drives.

First thing clean paint/rust off end of axle,if there is a break line between drum & axle hub dribble some pb blaster,liquid wrench etc into break line & wait 1/2 hr/more after that with a block of wood & hammer try to drive drum off axle hub towards case,you'll probably find one/more set screws in axle hub locking same to shaft or hub will will have a split taper on it locking it to shaft when drum pulled up on axle hub,drum may be machined to lock on hub shaft key boss have a seperate sq/woodruff key to hold to axle hub or a tapered bore to match axle hub split bushing,either way something has to hold axle hub in position on axle be it set screw(s) or taperlock.
