Kohler pro head gasket

Am replacing head gasket on Kohler pro 25hp. What
is best way to remove fragments of old gasket and
does anyone use anything such as copper coat when
installing or just install it dry. Also what is the
torque specs on the head bolts?

I just scrape off the old gasket. I don't use any sealer.

For the torque specs, go to Kohlerplus.com enter as a 'guest', look up your model and spec number, there should be a link to the correct service manual where you can find head bolt specs.
