Cub cadet series 1000 hydrostatic mower

I have a Cub Cadet lawn tractor model LT 1042. While mowing it stopped pulling. The engine and mowing deck still work. The belt to the transmission does not seem to be moving. I have tried to check and the belt does not seem to be broken. Anything else that I should be looking at?

-You said the belt was not broken. Does it seem to still be pretty tight? No spring broken or anything?
-I am thinking that one has the clutch pedal on the right side above the drive pedal. Does the clutch pedal return when you push it down?

-Is there any chance the release got pulled on the transmission? I am thinking it is a rod sticking out the back of the mower.

-Is the transmission leaking anywhere? It won"t pull if there is not enough oil in it.
