HELP plz Larry

If you're blowing gas out the muffler the most likely cause of problem is carb needs a rebuild or replacement as eng is being flooded & plug gap is being shorted out by gas.Eng is designed to run on gas vapor not a liquid.

Joe is right. Too much gas in the cylinder will put out the spark in a 2 cycle engine.

You have fuel problems, but If its a Poulan Pro made within the last 5 years, I would dry the cylinder best I could and do a compression test. It may take several days for the cylinder to dry so you can get an accurate compression reading.
A flooded engine will always read higher than it normally would.

Install a compression gauge. Pull the rope until the pressure registered on the gauge stops rising. That is your max compression. If its not pretty close to 130psi., its probably time for a new blower.
