They are pretty good engines, have 6.5 hp one on my 34 in pull tiller never misses a beat plently of power.

I understand they are clones of a Honda basically, at least I think that was the comparison that was made. The only thing I've heard is that you want to change the oil a couple times right off the bat because they tend to be kind of dirty internally. But with the HF warranty... it's still a good deal. Just picked one up for my neighbor for $99.00, seems like a nice enough engine.
 
A friend has told me the only trouble he has had with three of them, was junk spark plugs. Easy fix.
 
I have seen where the Honda parts drop right in. Only the paint job blue and not white and red.
 
Agreed. Given they only hold less than a quart of oil its real cheap insurance. I ran mine jut 10 minutes then changes it, then after running a couple hours changed it again.
 
I have a 6.5 Honda sitting in the garage next to a Predator 6.5. Change a cover and swap mufflers and you would not know which was which. The Predator runs fine. 504 is right about the spark plugs.
